Every visit includes

  • Linen strip and remake — beds, towels, kitchen towels (you supply or we coordinate laundry service)

  • Trash and recycling out, all bins relined
  • Dishwasher run if needed (or hand-wash any leftover dishes)
  • Fridge check — remove perishables left by guests
  • Quick damage / inventory check (we photograph anything that looks off)
  • Reset welcome touches — fresh hand towels, throws folded, lights set, thermostat reset
  • Final 5-minute walkthrough — we leave when it's actually guest-ready

Every check-out / check-in cycle. Most NEPA hosts run weekend turnovers (Sunday check-out, Friday check-in) or rapid mid-week swaps. We schedule you in advance based on your booking calendar.

Can you do same-day turnovers?

Yes — that's the whole point. Standard 11 AM check-out / 4 PM check-in window is exactly what we're built for. We've done turnovers in under 2 hours when needed.

Do you provide linens or do I?

Either works. Most hosts keep their own linen rotation; we strip and remake. If you want us to coordinate with a NEPA commercial laundry service, we can — extra charge passed through at cost.

What if I have multiple properties?

We love multi-property hosts. We can route same-day across multiple units, build a consistent standard across all of them, and you get one point of contact.

How fast can you respond to a sudden booking?

Within reason — if you have a same-day booking and call us by 10 AM, we usually can fit it in. The more notice, the better.

Do you check inventory and damages?

Yes — every turnover includes a quick walkthrough photo of any damage, missing items, or unusual conditions. You decide whether to charge guests; we just give you the documentation.
