Until we have real reviews from real clients, here's what you can use to evaluate us:
1. Read our blog

2. Try us with a low-stakes job
Book a one-time clean (no recurring commitment) and see the work. If you love it, switch to recurring. If you don't, you walk away — no contracts, no cancellation fees, no pressure.
3. Ask us anything by phone
Call (570) 878-3611 and ask any question. Insurance, products, scheduling, pricing, who exactly will be in your home — we'll answer everything in plain English.
For early clients
If you've used Jemstone and want to leave a review, the most helpful place is Google:

If you want to leave honest feedback in the meantime (good or bad), email [email protected] — we read every message.
Our policy on fake reviews
We'll never:
- Write reviews from our own accounts
- Pay anyone to write a review
- Offer discounts in exchange for a review
- Make up customer testimonials with fake names
If you ever see a Jemstone review that looks too good to be true, please report it to Google AND email us. We'd rather have 5 honest reviews than 50 fake ones.
